Square shaped ladies watch with ruby diamond configuration on the face.

Not sure when this watch was manufactured guessing the  1950"s.

Checking to see if anyone knows year and model.

Has the number 876568 on it.

I looked up the Heather and it seems like it's from 1949

1950 Bulova Heather is a good match.  The L0 datecode on the back of the case is year for your watch.  Models were more often than not made for more than one year.
