Little confused with this 1948 Treasurer

Hey all.

I've had this one in my collection for a while.

Going through my watches and pens debating which to sell and which to keep to cover a personal obligation.

This is a 1948 (serial number 8740132) 14k pink gold filled Treasurer case.  The movement however is a 1947 10BC with 21 jewels and adjusted.

This movement of course has no holes for movement ring screws.  Looking at movement ring I can't see any evidence of marring from screw heads.

The dial is salmon colourd and has gold hands.

Apps for storing data

I keep manual records for my collection of Bulova watches and as I have over 200 watches I am looking for a means of storing this information on my iPad.
can anyone recommend an App to store the data, I do not mind paying but if one is available for free then even better.

I am based in the UK if that makes any difference.

Thankyou.

Terry

DIAMOND WATCH BAND

Can you believe these prices for a 14K White Gold Diamond Watch Band:

6 Diamond band - 34.95

10 Diamond band - 59.50

32 Diamond band - 99.00

I have several of these on some of my watches and had no idea of the prices back then.

Band links?

Hi,

I have this Aeronaut, which is 1 link too small to fit comfortably on my wrist:

I was wondering if anyone had ideas on where I might buy a new band or a link for it?

Also, any info about the watch, like a model # would be interesting. I looked for 10ATM but didn't find much information. What does DW-V350 mean? Is that the model #?

Edit: I just realized 10ATM refers to the water depth and not the movement.

Bulova Astronaut Crystal Gaskets

I was recently caught in the rain while traveling wearing my ‘65 Astronaut. When got into the hotel I found some condensation under the crystal. The watch had been serviced prior and I replaced the back gasket and battery hatch gasket, but not the crystal.

Is there a crystal gasket that I should replace when I replace the crystal soon? Are there any replacements out there?

Can these watches be made splash proof again, or am I going to have to keep this watch only for fair weather days?
