I have a Accutron 2182 Date & Day watch and both the minute and hour hands have stopped moving. Took it to a watch repair person and I was told that there wasn't enough interference between two gears that transmit the movement. I have no idea what this means, any ideas on how I can get the watch working again?

Thanks,

Correct Band For An Astronaut Type 'O'

Hello all, I am a new member to the mybulova group, but have been an avid lover of Bulova watches since I was (much) younger.  I've collected a few Accutrons over the past 6 years and recently began "reacquainting" myself with them in hopes of resurrecting them.  Recently, I acquired an Astronaut Type "O" with the day/night bezel and enhanced silver dial.  Sadly, the watch came without a watch band.  I would like to find one that is correct for the watch, so I have a question for the knowledgeable folks on this forum.
