I decided "C" over "EW" because variant "C" specifies precision adjustments where "EW" does not. Movement has 6 Adjustments

What is the price of the "C" in the ad?

HW is described as "natural gold.
C is described as "natural gold".
M is described as 14K solid gold.
HW and M are the same watch, but in different ads.
Ergo, C is solid gold, as "natural gold" means solid gold.

Will, the C is $79.50.
Shawn, alligator is a kind of leather, you are extracting the urine, aren't you? : )

Hmm... Alligator is expensive, isn't it?
Are you thinking what I am?

I'm thinking, based on the price of the "C" variant, it's not solid gold.  If the subject watch were presented on a golden colored metal expansion band in the root record, it would most closely match the "C" variant.  If it were shown on a leather strap, it would most closely match the "EW".  While the leather strap it's on is not original, it's still how it's presented today.  On many if not most other ID's, we go with what it's now on, with less emphasis placed on originality of that mount.  If we took away the mount completely for subject watch, I dont' think we could confirm it's a "C" or an "EW".  It would be both.  So I choose the EW because it gives more information about the subject watch in the ID, and I then would give two ticks for tentative.

...and I've forgotten the "vote tally" to date.
I vote HE EW.

Which still ignores the matter of conflicting ads.

The "A" ad and the previously posted "EW" ad are from the same year-1958.  The wordings' a little different, but only in style, not in substance.  I can't tell the "A" from the "EW" in the wording or the pictures, which is what Bobbee has been saying all along.  I still can't read that price of the "A", but if others can and it's a two figure price, then there's no way to tell the A from EW.  Bobbee I don't know why it took me so long to figure this one out. Thanks for being persistent.

I now vote generic His Excellency

"Dogged", "Annoying", "Pain-in-the-butt". Thanks for just saying "Persistent", Will!

You saw something i didn't or couldn't see, and you didn't give up.  My bad, but we got it now.  Sorry it took soo long for me to see it. If you see something I don't please be dogged and a pain in the but so we can get the ID correct...LOL
