Were all Solid gold mid 20's-early 30's Bulova watches marked as 14k solid gold?

So here is my issue. I have two art deco ladies watches, both with stones (sapphire),  one I have not found an ID for, the other is definately a 1928 ETHELDA model.  Neither of the cases state 14k gold or solid gold, One states Bulova Quality with an -A- below it and the Ethelda states Bulova Quality American Standard.  I wanted to know for certain what they are so took them to two separate jewelers to be gold tested. Both came back as 14k Gold at both jewelers.  Looking at the Ethelda Advert I was surprised to see it as a Solid 14k Gold model too.

Congratulations to Lisa Andrew on her recently published article in the Jan/Feb 2013 edition of the NAWCC Watch and Clock Bulletin.  Her article, "Bulova: Finding Answers" is a great summary of the current status of our quest for Bulova answers, and a very nice summary of the utility of both her website http://www.watchophilia.com/ and MyBulova.com.

Just received a  Beaut, an Astronaut that still had the original battery. Not running, after cleaning the battery compartment, I could find no ther damage. The coils seem to test to specs, Hve ordered an Accucell battery because this movement needs a 1.35 volt not a 1.55. My area is antique Pocket watch and Clock repair.  I have a few Bulovas and love them. My client wants to place this one for sale and wanted advice on best place. Here or ebay. I do not normally repair for sale but I buy enough parts on ebay to rate a few free sales. What do you suggest.

ANyone know exactly what crystal these should take or where i could find two of them. this has been driving me nuts for a month or two now, any help appreciated.

I misplaced the cyrstal for a Ladies Bulova identified by the panel as a 1925 6724. The watch is posted on MyBulova with a drawing of the crystal. The crystal would be a rounded rectangle approximately 21.6mm x 12.4mm.  DarHin searched and thinks it might be a GS P390 crystal. Any help is appreciated.
