Runs, keeps very good time, case marked Bulova- 10K RGP Bezel, SS Back, shock resistant, anti magnetic, self winding, water proof.
Date code on the case back is M4, there is no date code on the movement that I can find, there are 3 different jeweler's marks on the case back and some tool marks on the movement.
Looks like it matches the ad above.

Date of ad Bobbe poste above, subject watch and the lack of Bulova 23 ads post 1962 make me think that while the Bulova 23's were still in the Bulova model price lists as late as 1964, that may not mean they were still in production or advertised that recently. Perhaps Bulova and various dealers had lots of them in inventory so they continued to be sold and included in the fixed price lists anyway. Same as we see with other models in the price lists occuring a couple years after last ads found.
