Watch Description

Here is a nice watch.  The case is 10RGP and has Pat Pend on the back with an L8 date code.  The movement is a 10BP 23J with an L8 date code.  The dial is textured with concentric circles in the center with plain hour ring.   1958 Bulova His Excellency "C"

Jim, I think you uploaded the wrong image.

Here's the correct linebook entry for the 1958 Bulova His Excellency "C"

Note these images are from the 1958/1959 Linebook, so I'm going to suggest (we have probably already done so), that the 1958 is the "C" variant and in 1959 it was updated to the "CW" variant.
