It's easy Mike, float over the home link and slide down to "My Messages" and click it. Select the "Write New Message" option and start typing a user ID in the "TO" field, it auto fills. You can add more names separated by a comma.
ALSO know that Shawn Bourg (bourg01) is in the business too and works under the Maple Leaf as well.
I would try cleaning the dial before hurrying it off to the refinishers. It does not look too bad just a little dirt on the dial, and would probably clean off pretty easily, at least most of it.
Saliva on a cotton bud, a weak solution of vinegar, and the same with bicarbonate of soda, all work on dials to some degree.
