Kreisler white gold plate band. Broken winding knob included. Part of a large 30+ pieces auction watch and parts lot from USA private auctioneer acquired Dec 2020. No information specifics. 10K RGP case, crystal stained but ok, was opened and gently cleaned.

Glad to see there is a variant letter G, the examples without the variant letter under the model name had different styles and face designs, G is a perfect match, seems it was also priced a little higher, why would that be in 1952?

The two prices you see on the ad are actually dealer cost and retail price.What you are seeing is an excerpt from basically a salesman catalog of sorts depicting available watches that was shown to jewelers to pick inventory to sell in their store. Both variants had the same dealer cost and suggested retail price.
Based on inflation, $57.50 in 1952 had the same buying power as $572.00 today.
