No idea what this is. The dial has obviously been zealously cleaned. It does fit the dial plate well but I can only presume it to be the correct and original dial. It needs to be refinished but I don't think a refinisher would put the Bulova back on since it's completely gone. The staff is broken and the hairspring looks to be fried so it might be a bit before this one is running again. I couldn't find it in any of the adverts or the gallery of models. I'm not quite sure about the crystal. I don't really trust my calipers any more.
I've never seen this dial before, my first thought is that's it a replacement.
Then I found this watch that Jaroslav added several years back.
