Another of the unknown "Pan-Am"

I think I found the answer sort of. A watch posted on EB exactly like this one and called a Doctor/Nurses watch. 17 jewels 10BCC and 40's era with 47 on movement. I will post the pics and description or the transaction number if appropriate otherwise PM me for the data.

JP For active eBay listings (or any live auctions) we let them run their course and close before posting directly. Good choice above. I've had great luck emailing the sellers either during or after listing close to get permission to "use" their pictures on site. Several eBay sellers have given me "blanket" permission to use their photos (and info) after auction close and simply note "pics and info used by permission from eBay seller _____" We don't want to stifle the info, but we don't want to appear to promote active listings either :)

Here's my take on how panel members "vote" to publish this watch model:
Geoff- Non-conforming
VintageBulova.com- not sure, but maybe Unknown?
Rev Rob, not sure, but looks like Unknown based on comments?
Admin- Unknown
Will- Unknown
JP- Unknown
abstaining to date:
OldTicker
DarHin
Plainsmen
Bobbee
bourg01 (but has commented)
FifthAvenueRestorations
So that's 3 Unknown (possibly 5?), 1 Non-Conforming, 6 abstaining or no-vote to date.
Three other matching or close Unknown records on site at
http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1945-unknown-4206
http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1945-unknown-3769 note 10BC w/ 15 jewels
http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1945-unknown-1701
I move that we publish this watch record as Unknown 1946 based on case serial number (movement triangle dates to 1945). Any Second, or comments from minority or those abstaining to date?
