Case size 26mm. X 33mm. 14mm. lug gape. Sterling silver case 10 K RGP. Blued hands and radium dial look original to the watch. Identical case to Air wardens/ Nighthawks in database, but note the fat, extended stem barrel, not seen in any others in DB, more like military watch stem barrel. Also the 10 AK is a known military used movement.
EDIT- This watch could possibly be the"Interceptor" model, as posted in May of this year by both Admin and fifthavenuerestorations in comments about another watch, "air Warden", also posted by me.
It could also be the "Apollo", as posted by NOVA in the same watch post.

Well, If this were mine, I would remove the stem barrell, and change the stem and crown to a flush fit to the bezel. Even a spring loaded dust seal crown would be a better fit even if it's not of era. Another option could be to leave the stem barrell and re-fit the existing stem and replace the crown with something that fits flush to the case. An easy fix for me to do but maybe not so much for you.
