It is a woman's watch with a round face, slightly larger then a quarter. on the inside of the back cover it says warranted 20 years and then the number 1076990. On the inner mechanism it has marking in many places, it states 15 jewels, Bulova W Co, the number 36470, what looks like an A II, it has what looks like a little lever with 2 setting, possibly AF and RS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I do have pictures of the watch but am having problems uploading them. I already tired to resize them but I cant get them up but if you would like to see pictures I can email them.
Thank you

admin,
agreed 1921.
It had been suggested in a prior thread that the Case seriel number sequencing in relation to Date of manufacture was not applicable prior to 1925. This observation was based on the fact that the commenteur had an example of a Movement dated 1925 in a Case beginning with a serial #1.
IMO, the Movement dated 1925 in that example had been a swap.
Bulova's published method of Dating their Movements did not commence until 1924 and the Case serial number method of Dating a Year of Manufacture is Our only way to identify a production Date prior to as the early Movements do not bear any dates We are currently aware of.
