Case is solid 9ct gold, but the band is on rolled gold meaning it a layer of gold on a base metal.

I've had a look at the ABC parts catalog, but this watch post dates the release so unfortunately does not detail the case model number 7628

These are assay marks, and show the case to be solid 9K gold alloy, or in metric, .375.

This alloy is most often found in the UK.
