10K white gold filled, 4 real diamonds set in silver/grey dial. White metal raised Bulova on dial, white lettering, white metal hands, baton hour markers and minute dotsM0 on case and mvmnt. Period Black leather strap in great condition, the type Bulova used, could be original. Stunning piece, I think it is a President variant, given the case and lug shape, and of course the date. Put in my 1960 President to compare. Has now been changed to Beau Brummell thanks to NOVA's sterling work.
Same birth year, William! I've been looking for a suitable birth year watch, but nearest I've got is these two. I have several tanks from Benrus and Langendorf, and deco's from Gruen, Benrus and Elgin. I prefer the 1960's Bulova's, the unusual case designs of a lot of watches from this decade do it for me.While I do love a lot of earlier Bulova's, especially the 1920's and '30's, round dials are my fave's. Berkshire is my Most Wanted, and I have a good copy by Elco, but have to sell a few watches to get a good model!
