Thank you for posting your lovely watch.   I believe this is a 1943 Bulova Mayflower like this ad.  A classic cocktail watch from the 1940's.

Or is it a Juliet?  Does the color of the case designate the model?  This 1943 ad calls it Juliette and notes pink gold case.

Or Elaine???  We have ads for all.  I see a similar watch was ID'd as an Elaine.  Other than the setting of the diamond I see no differences other than possibly color.   I give up.

I recall having this conversation before. I think there was a slight variation in the diamond mount. The mounts for the gems may be a determing factor as well as year of manufacture.

The Juliet looks to have round saphire stones as seen here: https://mybulova.com/watches/1943-juliet-9881.

Subject watch looks to have square stones.

Also look how the diamond is set, again round vs square (well trapezoid).

TexasLady has shown this before.

Also stated the following about another watch in the database similar to this watch:

"The receipt for the subject watch is dated: 10-17-1945, the Mayflower was introduced on Dec. 05-1945 as a new name/model on that date.

From my research, the Mayflower was introduced on Dec-05-1945 and sold/advertised until Dec 12, 1948."

Both Juliet and Myaflower adverts show a trapezoid mount for the diamond.

Leaving the Elaine which we need to check an advert for, although I suspect it may still show the same trapezoid mount

Currently unknown for me based on ad confusion.........
