Watch Description
1941 Rose Gold 'PRESIDENT'. The Dial appears to be from the 1950's and aftermarket although styled after Bulova of this era. A tell tale sign is the '17 Jewels' written across the top of the sub Seconds Chapter. I have yet to see a genuine Bulova Dial with 17 Jewels written anywhere on it. Applied Gilt numerals wirh the Black Hand combination is typical 1930's art deco styling. A 'FRANKENBULLY', everyone has at least one....
