Ah Ha! The sweet Doug Corrigan watch.
After searching for several months I finally found one with the original lug extensions still intact! This might just be one of the rarest finds I’ve gotten!
As you can see from the only other Corrigan with the original lug extensions I’ve ever seen intact… it takes some sort of special custom band.

I’m going to have to track down a leatherworker and see if I can have one specially made.
I’ll post pictures of the watch I found…. And then the example watch with the lugs and original leather band I’ll have to get copied.
Jerin - I don't think you'll need a leather worksman, I think you'll take your exacto knife and cut out the center section of a very classy (expensive - steady boy - be careful) leather strap - don't go cheap on this one. Pretty sure those posts come apart - you'll just slide 'em through and screw 'em tight - voila!!

A very nice find.
If the screw-on pins are damaged, you can get new ones from Esslinger. They are called "Gucci Style Lug Screw Refills."
Esslinger also has a tool for cutting the notch in the band (called, "Watch Strap Notching Pliers), in case you don't want to take the X-Acto approach.
