Pretty sure from other models I see listed on the site this is a Surf King with a black dial from 1960. Always so enjoyed the thinness of this watch and the very tight back. So tight I've never removed it. Therefore I really can't provide photos of the movement.
This one appears to be, in 1960, the S.V.P. 'II', model # 11201
In 1962, this model changes to the Surf King 'BW'
The Surf King images show a better match to the case where there is a slight curve between the lugs. The SVP is a more straight line between the lugs. I did find one 1960 SVP ad that shows the curve.

So was there an SVP with Straight between lugs, then an SVP II that was curved between the lugs, that was later named Surf King that was curved between the lugs? All with the same Model number? I wouldn't doubt it at all, lol, just amazing to see what all Bulova did with naming these. I guess marketing people around 1960 could care less what collectors 60 years later would think about their actions, they just wanted to sell some watches!
