Yeah, I saw this one on eBay. But I am afraid it is a Franken and definitively not an Eileen. The Eileen was sold in 1924 and 1925 only and having a 17 jewel 6P with a Bruner case in 1924 and a 6W with an unsigned case in 1925. The movements are both 6 ligne and not 5 ligne like the subject watch that is also from 1926. The dial of the subject watch was exclusively used on an unknown Bulova model from 1927 having an "eye-window" shaped window. Federal was a watch brand registered by the Manheimer Brothers, watch importers in Chicago, so a competitor to Bulova. In conclusion: non-conforming.
