This one has seen better days, but I think it is an interesting dial. It is currently missing its movement/case ring, there was some awful piece of metal jammed in there that was an attempt to keep the movement from flopping around, and the rotor was damaged as a result. There was a product, which I think I still may have, that consisted of a type of self- hardening putty that you could use to make a custom made case ring. It was designed for watchmakers, I think Vigor? was the maker. The movement otherwise runs and is in decent shape.

Interesting that it has no case s/n. I would doubt that the 4 digit number on case back interior is it. Is there an import stamp on the movement? If not, it may be of European origin. Case back marking configuration doesn't seem to match US produced Bulova cases from this time period either. I find no ads for this one, it's possible it is a watch produced outside the US for a market elsewhere.
? I'm currently at a loss on this one.

I thought about that a bit, and in the pics it does look like the numbers are a bit uneven. Here is a pic of the dial out of the case. The crystal is really banged up, and it has been polished, leaving the divots to distort the light through it. I have no idea why the image is rotated, I have tried this 5 times, rotating to compensate and it still does it. Anyway, the numbers look clear and correct here.

There is a precedent for the red 24 hour marks. I have a 1976 one under unknown. I too have found no matches anywhere for a non Accutron watch with a 24 hour dial.
