the Case is clearly marked L9 However the 11AF movement is clearly stamp N0 1970???

I find it quite peculiar that a movent made from '59 to '67 could get an N0 date code stamped on it
Can anyone help me figure that one out?
The other one that showed up on Ebay very well could have been an L9 but it was too blurry to see for sure. The advertiser was selling it as a 1959

Update
Strolling thru the 1960 Senators checking them against one I was looking at buying and I ran across this one submitted by a panel member (don't remember which one, Andersok I think.

It is a 1960 with this same 11AF movement with an N0 date code like this '59
