I find it quite peculiar that a movent made from '59 to '67 could get an N0 date code stamped on it

Can anyone help me figure that one out?

The other one that showed up on Ebay very well could have been an L9 but it was too blurry to see for sure. The advertiser was selling it as a 1959

The date range we have in the movement database is based on observation. We adjust the beginning and ending sdates as we find new examples. I've moved the end range of the 11AF based on the example shown above.

But still no idea what model the case might be though. As of today, there are 2 more like it on Ebay. One is nice like this one and the other one looks a bit tired

This is the one that appeared last night, also advertised as an L9

It is quite possible that this watch is the Senator. Here are some 1960/1961 ads:

Amazing. It certainly does look like that. Doesn't help me much with the N0 date code on the movement but it gets closer to the L9 on the case

Casing appears by Ken's new research to indeed be Senator, but the big date gap between the case and movement is still an issue for ID.

Update

Strolling thru the 1960 Senators checking them against one I was looking at buying and I ran across this one submitted by a panel member (don't remember which one, Andersok I think.

https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1960-senator-6555

It is a 1960 with this same 11AF movement with an N0 date code like this '59

That being said. I think it is fair to ask that this one be changed to a '59 Senator or the other one be changed to a "60 Non-conformer
