I am the previous owner of this watch. I believe it is a President.
A Bulova classic. This advert shows it in yellow as President C (third from bottom). I'm not sure if the "C" variant would extend to the white version.
1958 Bulova President.

....and my concern was also that the white gold version was advertised with a black dial. I passed that over when I suggested it as a President. I still think it's a President case but now you have me second guessing myself.
I think I'm staying with my original ID but noting a possible dial swap.
I'm thinking President no variant noting possible dial swap from another President. Case is white indicating a "D" but face appears to be from a "C" (yellow gold).
It's all President, but appears to be a marriage of 2 variants. Other option I see at this time would be non-conforming.
I lookslikemthe components are all "President' related, but I do also think the dial may not be orginal as the 'silvered' hands seem to indicate that it orginally had a black/silvered dial and not a white/gold dial.
Generic Bulova President, noting the possibility of a dial swap.
