Bulova Accutron. I'm unsure of the Manufacture Year. I traded an old upright piano for this watch about 10 years ago. I hope to learn more about it's age and model.
Any information on the back of the case?
In generic terms it's what we would ID as a Bulova Accutron Calendar, but there should be a 'variant' number or letter associated with this particular case and dial style. I'm still looking through the information we have to see if I can find a match.
Interesting to note that the movement has been rotated so the crown sits at the 3 o'clock position in the model. Other examples of the 2192.10 sit the crown at the typical 4 o'clock position.
The 219 movement was introduced in 1972, The 2192 is the calendar version.

Thanks for your help. It says "Stainless Steel Bulova Patented Water Resistant" but nothing else that I can see. On the internal surface of the back it says "Use only cells marked 'ACCUTRON 218' or 'VARTACHRON 218' insert with engraved side down in well" with one box with "MLB" and another box with "7541". I uploaded a photo of that with my original post. I hope that helps.
