 I have one exactly like that one including the bracelet. I guess this is proof that Bulova did occasionally make two watches alike. Sometimes I doubt it. Mine is wonderfully accurate, I only set it at the end of months with less than 31 days and on and off Daylight Saving Time.

One of the pics of the movement had the numbers 2180 on it.  I was thinking 214 vs 218.  Didn't know if the pictures got confused....or if it was just me.

Just took the back off Will and it is indeed a 2242 Thing is the guy i bought it from on ebay used a differnt picture for the movement.  Other than it being a 2242 and not a 2180 it is the same.
