I didn't manage to set the date by using a third position of the winding stem (there seems to be only two positions), so I did it by going from midnight back to 7 pm, the midnight again.

By the way, it has a drift of -70 s/day and a beat error of 3 ms. Do you think a revision will fix it or is it just normal for a 1970 Bulova ?
