I am fascinated by this one. Gold Roman numerals highlighted by a center raised bar (polished) on a champagne gold dial. Case is dated 1969 with a 1971 dated movement. Case is brushed satin finish on top and case back with a polished bezel frame and polished sides. This is only the second example of this watch to be ID'ed, the first was almost exactly 1 year ago. That one is also case dated 1969 with no info on movement date or model. It is s/n Z290656 and this one is s/n Z290872. Watches are only 216 apart. I wish we had access to the movement info on that one to see if it's dated 1971 as well. The only reference in the linebooks appears to be in 1969 and 1970.
Band is a period replacement and works well. It is a combination of flexible links next to watch with an expansion center, constructed like the original as shown in linebooks.
Purchased as recently serviced and it's keeping perfect time with almost no signs it was worn.
