This looks to be a first for the database according to the 1963 Linebook BAWD 151.  1963 Bulova Sea King "I". The case is stainless with an M3 date code.  The dial is silver with a circle within the minute track.  The movement is a 17J 11AFC with a M3 date code.

I unfortunately try to use my new fiber brush to clean the dial and took a little too much off
