You are welcome!  After 1949 Bulova used a letter/number date code system.  You can see it here:  https://www.mybulova.com/bulova-date-codes  It is not uncommon for the case and movement to be a year apart as in your watches case.  The case has M0 for 1960 and the movement has M1 for 1961.  As a general rule if they are a year apart we go with the later year.

Hello 222 - I see a date code M1 on the movement and M0 on the case back, they represent 1961 and 1960 respectively, we generally take the newest date code and use is as the year of the watch as it couldn't have been assembled before its newest component

Here is the watch from the 1963 Bulova Line book (internal catalog), I'm pretty sure it's the same watch. I would classify your watch as a 1961 Bulova Buckingham. Thanks for sharing it.
