Cool watch and a first for me. Based on the "M0" on the inside of the case back, I started looking at 1960. I believe I found it in 1960Linebook139. If so, it's a first for the database.
I believe the case back is correct and indicates manufacture outside the US. Here is a similar watch with same case, movement and case back currently listed as "unknown" that may very well also be an Ensign.
