Watch Description

This is a 1958 ladies Bulova with a 6BO movement with 17 jewels. It's triple signed, case, dial, and crown. It's on a Spiedel band, which is probably a replacement. It's running good and keeping accurate time. I think it's a Goddess of Time like the one in the lower right hand corner of the 1958 ad attached. I don't know which variant it is. I don't see any markings as to what the case material is.

I would say based on your ad and the 1960 linebook it is the Goddess of Time "V", assuming there was a dial change in 59 or 60 but could not find it in any of the linebooks before 1960.

Case indicates Goddess of Time V, not sure if dial is original?

Above advert does show a matching dial. Found this entry in a 1958-59 Linebook showing a matching dial.
