Watch Description

Appears to be a Bulova 23 variant? Have seen similar in the Data base but not this early so far. Replaced crystal and corrected minor issues. Serviced, running, and keeping good time. Traditions band. Thanks to K.A. for advice on cleaning the finish.

Wow this is in amazing condition. Did you restore yourself or was it already in great shape?

I don't think I've seen a case back the polished!!

I'd have to agree that it is part of the Bulova 23 series, Variant unknown.

Thanks.
I had to spruce it up a bit and did a light polish on the back. Checked with KA for assurance beforehand though. Have ‘before’ photos but cannot figure how to post as yet. It was a drab looking piece. Patina was not attractive. Could not resist seeing how it might come out. Men and fish love things that shine!

BTW, do you know if Bulova came with any band other than Bulova such as Tradition or Speidel for example?

Agree with Bulova 23; unable to locate a variant though.

Glad to assist on the case cleaning...looks very nice.

Thanks for hunting this down. Good to know exactly what it is among the many variants.
