Match for the His Excellency "B" but the movement is not correct and the dial does not have the additional print.

A Senator is close but those corner lugs seem too small.?

Yes I'm having trouble matching them as well. After looking at so many ads they all look the same.

It is the His Excellency B case, I don't think it's a Senator. I can live with the dial but the HE really needs a 21 j movement. I'm leaning toward a non conforming ID on it.
