Watch Description

Here is what I think may be a 1950 (LO) Bulova Bowen. The case seems correct, but I am having issues with the dial.

The dial, I think has been badly repainted, I guess you're right to have an issue with that. I don't think this is Bowen. Bowen lugs curve inward this one curves outward. I think that this is a 1950 Bulova Engineer CASE that has a dial replacement. The 10BC movement is correct. HERE is Ken's example.

I agree with Geoff, it looks like a 1950 Bulova Engineer case with a dial replacement.  If the Engineer was the only model to use this case I am good with that as an ID noting dial replacement.
