Watch Description

Purchased about 2007 from online auction site. Watch is 10 C Rolled gold case and bezel and back is push on stainless steel. Dial has luminous hands and markers and is marked as Bulova  and Self Winding. The L0 indicates year of manufacture 1950. All original except Leather Strap.

Forgot to add watch runs fine accurate circa 1minute per 24 hours.

Agree with the Duo-Wind. The G variant may be band related. But a generic Duo-Wind works for me.

          1950 ad, this makes yours the Duo-Wind "F".

Not sure about it being the Duo Wind F - the 1950 ad shows it with normal hands not luminous . My guess is it originally had the expansion bracelet .  I have recently bought a 1951 with the original expansion bracelet and that has the self wind logo not the Duo Wind .

With those lum hands, it looks more like the "G" than "F".  Hands and case shown as matching, but both "G" ads have Duo Wind on dial vs Selfwinding.
