Stamped with 'Bulova 14kt Gold' and '9519345'. Was in perfect working condition, with wind up movement keeping time to the minute until a certain disaster with the washing machine. The watch now ticks up to 3 hours behind by the end of the day. Watch face has gold numbers in large font, and has Bulova written across the top. Gold casing is solid, with few scratches and one dent on the left side. No idea what the movement is like inside as I have not opened it, and I don't have the tools to do so. I am also guessing that the watch is from the 1940's, but would love it if there was someone out there who could shed some light on this.
I had my boss, who has a bit of experience with watchs, open the case and show me the inside. The inside of the casing also says Bulova - New York 14 kt and is signed alot so im guessing whoever owned it before me had it serviced alot. I didnt get a chance to look for a shape on the movement though because my boss was reluctant to let me hold the movement since im a clutz and probably would have dropped it. Good news is its being sent off to a good watch servicer who will hopefully get it working right again.
I believe this is a yellow Gloria like this one https://mybulova.com/watches/1948-gloria-9399
