I just saw this watch within the last couple of days but my mind is so loaded with different watches right now that I don't remember where I saw it, sorry.

Jose,

The movement was patented in 1939 by Bulova and I think I see the Omega stamp directly below the actuator: 1940  - an early example of the movement although the Case seriel number does not jive with a 1940 production Date

I cannot see the date mark fully, but it looks like a shield.

Is there any marks on the back of the case, Jose?

Square, which coincides with the Case serial number.

My bad.

Chronograph. Very interesting, One Button Chrono that appears to not have a button? Replacement crown I assume, wonder if (how) the chrono feature works.

Maybe you just push the crown in? Could be spring loaded. A very unique chrono.

Generic Chronograph for me.
