Hello,  Can you post a photo of the back of the watch in the comments please, that will help us with the date?  Your watch is a Miss Liberty.  The year will be around 1930-1935 or so when this baguette style came out.  Like this one https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1932-miss-liberty-10234

Given above mentioned serial number it should be a 1935 Miss Liberty.

Oh of course!  I always look at the photos to confirm the serial number that I forgot to just look there.
