Wow! Definitely a Physcian's watch but I am surprised only a 7 jewel movement.   I would have thought at least a 17J movement.   Very nice indeed.  I would love to find one.

It would be wonderful to find an advert with this watch to see if it was actually given a model name.

I've always has a soft spot for these dual dials. Very hard to come by.

Unknown model wise, but could put a temp ID of Physician for now.

There are no markings on the inside of the back.  Under the serial number it is marked Bulova.  Thank you all for your help.  This site is a great resource.

All together an exciting find, we don't see many of these. I'm inclined to tag this one as Unknown. While I agree it was most likely made for the medical trade I'd rather not ID it with a name not found in Bulova literature or adverts.
