Watch Description

Hello, submitting this one for your kind help.  Possibly a redone dial? Not sure, as I could not find any watches from 1931 or 32 with Roman Numerals. The Case only has a STAR symbol and the #. It does not say "Star" or "Bulova". Thank you in advance for any comments / clues.

Hello,  Can you add a photo of the back of the case in the comments please?  This looks like it will not be a Bulova case but that will help us know for sure.  Thank you, Kathy

Thank you for adding the photo of the case back.  This helps to confirm that your watch is a mix of parts, a non Bulova case, with a Bulova dial/movement.  We call this Non-Conforming for ID purposes.  Still a great looking watch, enjoy it!
