1931 Bulova Lone Eagle III sporting the original bracelet as shown in period ads. Diamond / Square alternating pattern from the case follows down the bracelet to the clasp. Chevrons from the case are carried down to the bracelet as well. I typically judge the condition of a watch from this era by the originality and condition of the crown as well as the amount of wear on the case back corners. The original crown on this gem is as crisp as the day it left the factory and there is no visible wear anywhere on the case sides or back. Other than some glue creep around the edges of the glass crystal, it is in amazing condition, just fabulous. There isn't even any of the usual corrosion on the inside of the bracelet! Picked it up this week on the bay for a song! Couldn't believe you all let me snipe it so darn cheap.
