Thought was a 39 but maybe early 40,s. Left at jewelry store for an estimate to restore it .

They told me I'd probably be surprised at the cost but I would really have something if I got it running and all that. What do they run price wise when they don't work at all,get cleaned and a new band? Any ideas on whats fair and what this would be valued at if refurbished? Its really pretty.I' ve actually worn it at work one day,as is and it was beautiful.

If it's anything well over $100 I would wait.  There's a guy quite a few of us use out of Michigan named Mike.  You send him your watch... he's an EXCELLENT watchmaker.  He'll repair it for a really fair price and ship it back.  Probably less hassle than the jewelry store even.

Here's the thing.  Most jewelry stores ship their stuff to a guy like him anymore.  It's very rare that they have a real watchmaker on staff these days.

If your interested PM me and I'll get you his email address or phone number.

Some members have websites listed in the "members websites" section of "Watch Links" on the main menu at top of most pages.  I didn't see one there for Timemachines.  You can PM Mike directly.
