Does anyone know whereI can get some new hands and a balance wheel for my air warden, the hands have corroded thru where the luminous paint would have been (is this normal).

 

ps I am a newbie but lovin the Bulovas!!

The Hands are framed and can be restored / re-lumed, this happens more often than not on a vintage Watch.

Below is an example of the framed Hand without luminous paint.

The balance should be easy to find, all that's required is the Movement model info.

Thanks, I wasn't aware that the hands were framed, however a quick search has shown that it shouldn't be too dificult to self repair.

 

The movement is a 10AK
