1968 Bulova Oceanographer

I have a 1968 Bulova Oceanographer that is in excellent shape and keeps perfect time, but the second hand doesnt move. Does anyone know a good reputable watch repairman that could get the second hand to work arround the Lewiston Idaho area? Or where would a good place to send it?

Also I have a Gold Nugget Bulova Accutron Astronaut that I cant find a battery for anywhere, does anyone know where to get one. I was told by a jewler that the no longer make that particular battery.
