1953 Bulova Winchester needs overhaul

Greetings all,

I have what I believe to be a 1953 Bulova Winchester that needs some help, perhaps an overhaul.  With that in mind can anyone recommend a good fair watchmaker, I live in Kansas City.

I am in St. Charles just west of St. Louis and do cleaning and oiling and time regulating and replacing of parts. I have a pretty fair collection of Bulova watch parts for the old wind ups and early automatics. I only work on Bulova.
