I picked up a second AA "OO" because the dial was a bit nicer than the first one. After getting it in the mail I don't think it is that much nicer but still nice to get just the same. Like this one: https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1951-academy-award-9915 . I think these were popular models in the day and they are all pretty well worn. Still on the look out for a mint one. I swapped bands so this one would have the NOS original band and I put another complementary NOS band on my first one.
This has a 10K yellow gold filled case date stamped L1. The 21 jewel working movement is also date stamped L1. I installed a new crystal which snapped right in place.
