This watch has a swirl effect dial, possibly the "snow drift" on the President "E", from the 1964 ads. 34mm. X 41mm. X 18mm. lug gape. Seller specifies the watch is only sold outside the U.S. and that is where the name comes from. All photo's are with the seller's, Empressissi's permission.

From ad, Mens International model 511104. And a Ladies International from second ad Bobbee posted, model 556708. Hummmmm Both six digit Bulova model numbers? Both starting w/ 5. Most period model numbers in price lists are five digits or less.
Could it be so simple as a Ladies US 56708 has another 5 added in front of US model number, and they don't have to retool for cases? They just use different dials for "International"?
I doubt it, but I'm telling you guys, theses Bulova model numbers mean more than we currently know. There is an unknown pattern which if deciphered, will give us more info on these types of things.
There are different names for overseas lines.
Fifth himself even posted a screen grabshot of an Australian 1961 ad with familiar looking models that came under the "Continental" name, and what looks like a Surf King being called a "Craftsman", yet nobody contested those names!
Sure is a wide variety of "Internationals". The one RevRob posted here ended up as unknown?
I wonder if many of these with "International" on the dial have model numbers for names...or if those model numbers are like variants (well you get the idea).
