which certainly contradicts the IHC chart showing MIL-W-6433A (A-17A) having an initial production Date of 1960. I again propose te IHC chart should read 1950.

As to being recycled, I am most certain that these were. Cases were somewhat cheap, quality well adjusted hack movements, not so cheap, and that could be why we have the watch of Waynes that may be in a possible Elgin case (recycled mvmnt in a new case), and I say MAY, as we do not yet know for sure if its a Bulova case or not...just one more worm in the can lol, and the can is overflowing...maybe we could get together and do a lil fishin????

Wrong movement for an A17-A, should be in a 3818A, and cannot possibly date to 1950 because the 3818A 10BNCH fifteen jewel was not produced until 1956.
