HMMM... It's somewhat similar (uncommon veritical bezel detail) to the 1949+ "LL" Excellency model... Too bad there's such SCANT ad copy, from 1953- 58ish, from Bulova! Hereafter's the "LL" model:

Im seeing the difference between the subject watch lugs (bottom) and the 1950 ad below. I'll go look for the text that accompanies this ad graphic.
