Bulova 1940 -Unknown

This is the third version of this case dial combination so clearly a factory model.  The case is identical to the Phantom model and I am inclined to believe this is a later model of the Phantom with a sub second but until an ad comes up Unknown.

The case is yellow gold plate with a stainless case back.  The dial is white with applied yellow gold hour markers and a sub second register.  The movement is a 7AP 17J with an Omega date code.
